My buddy Matt came to visit the boys in Binghamton this week, so we had to do an episode!

Matt has a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from Binghamton University and he was working as a paralegal in DC, until very recently when he decided to pursue another career. We talk about his process of getting to this point in his life and where he sees himself going in the future. This week I read Atomic Habits by James Clear. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to form great habits and get rid of their bad ones. The book is jam packed with rad information and anecdotes, so I couldn't fit it all in one video. What I talk about barely even scratches the surface, so definitely grab this book and read it for yourself.

Had the opportunity to talk with my buddy Max this week. He and I have been friends since the 8th grade, but I'm still learning more about him all the time. It was rad to be able to discuss the future with him and see where he wants to go with his life. He voices his main concerns about becoming an adult and discusses his thoughts on balancing work with your hobbies and personal time.

This week I read "Screw Being Shy" by Mark Metry. This book was written for individuals dealing with social anxiety, much like Mark was for much of his life. The book is full of anecdotes, scientific studies, and genuinely helpful information that anyone can use. Whether you're socially anxious or just curious about the science behind how diet, exercise, meditation, and other aspects of life can drastically change your outlook on life, this book is for you. I highly suggest investing in this book!

I have a chat with young entrepreneur Donovan Payton to talk about his life and goals for the future. We discuss his life leading up to this point and where he sees himself going in the future.
