"Looking for the good" is a wonderful spiritual practice!

Most of what is happening in the world is telling us how bad we are and how we "need" products to "make us better."  In other words, we are taught to look for what is wrong - not what is good and working.  Of course we don't want to be in denial, as we look for the good.  But we are looking through the lens of positivity and belief that the universe really is working on our behalf.  When we can live with this awareness and mindset, it becomes second nature to look for the spiritual lesson or opportunity for growth that is presenting for us.

Looking for the good is a practice for working with body image, work situations, and relationship.  As you look for the good you will begin to realize that it brings hope, goodness and life energy into your life and world.  Honoring people around you with positive words and affirmations will catapult you forward into loving life and success in your endeavors.  And finally, looking for the good will give you strength in your emotional and spiritual life.

Letting Go is a spiritual idea and concept, but also a powerful spiritual practice.

Often in life we try to control outcomes and behaviors of the people around us.  Even though we know we can't actually control others, we carry unrealistic expectations of what people can do and be.  This creates frustration and disillusionment.  When you begin to let go of these expectations, you can focus on your own life and journey and be about bringing more ease and grace into your own life.  So let go of expectations and do what you can for you -- continuing to trust and have faith in the process.

The universe supports you 100% - as you let go, you are activating that faith and giving space for that universal support.  Letting Go will move you forward on the journey and bring opportunity and peace to your life and soul.

Faith in the Unseen is both an attitude and an action.  And if you are a regular listener to the show, I know that you are trying to live a spiritual life.  You are seeking to know and live from your soul.  You are, on a daily basis, living a life on purpose, full of hope and guided action!  And this show is specifically to support you!

What happens around us can be impactful and right now, we always hear about facts...not SPIRITUAL REALITY. It can feel at times, like we are controlled by "market trends" and bad news. But the higher truth and reality is that God is greater than any circumstance.

The "unseen" is the universal support and love we are immersed in!  It is important to not only source our guidance in the unseen but then move forward, trusting and  having faith in the process.  If you need a sign - ASK FOR IT! Remember always that you are loved, you are supported and you are blessed!

You have heard it said, "You are 100% supported by the universe!" The logical person asks, "If this is true, why is life soooo hard?!?!?"  Well, you see, Hollywood has taught us a fantasy and that that life should look and be perfect. And although that happens on the screen in front of us, we know it does not happen in our lives in this way.  In fact, all sitcoms today give you a problem and then solve it before the show is over -- wouldn't it be great if life worked like that?  Don't be discouraged by this - let this be a wakeup call for us all.

As a culture at this time we are seeking to move out of denial. Those of us who are serious about the spiritual journey are seeking to be conscious and to understand life from a higher perspective.  We are 100% supported by the universe.  The key is knowing how to view that support and what life brings.

So please be encouraged - -  life can still be full of joy and fun and love.  But when we understand the nature of the universe and all things is to grow, it makes sense that at times, growth would be hard.  The good news is, the work is worth it and on the other side of growth, is the new way of being.  This is the joy in it all.  And from this vantage point we can look back and see how all the work has paid off.

Life takes us on a journey.  We are often surprised when "life happens" and yet, this is the process.  We are seeking to live a spiritual journey - and remember that life is meant to be fun and full of joy.  And yet, life is full of challenges.  So we seek to live life from our higher awareness - to see a spiritual reason or lesson in what happens.

Any learning requires the ability to go through challenges and get to the other side.  And when we live life spiritually, we receive the blessing as we look at life through the lens of the soul.  Our soul then guides and directs us to move forward on what is next for us.

Are you in your joy?  When is the last time you did something you wanted to do?  Have you done that on a regular basis?  If you are feeling a great deal of stress on a regular basis, you are not in your joy.  And if this idea is new to you, you may not be aware of what does bring you joy.

The good news is that you can change all that.  With some time and focused attention on this idea, you will begin to open up to more joy.  Joy is your natural state. And joy is the great harmonizer!  Joy will support your forward movement in life because it brings with it a radiant happiness that pervades your life and world.  Joy will bring more good to you than you can imagine. Joy is the success vibration.

Receiving is an important part of experiencing prosperity.  Often, we are good givers, but if we don't open up to receive, we  will not be in the flow.  Receiving is a way of accepting good from the universe. And there is a sweet kind of humility to receive as well.  It takes a great deal of self-awareness to be OK to receive.

And of course, the opposite is TOO MUCH receiving.  Are you in balance?  Are you ready to receive? Or do you need to give?  If you haven't yet given, start the flow there....and then when good follows your giving, receive with GREAT GRATITUDE!
