Many people ask - what do I work on now?  Well, the answer is simple...but not easy.  The short answer is:  Whatever is up for you!  Or as I often put it, "What's in your face right now that you can't ignore?"  It is typically true that for all of us, there are times of challenge and growth.  The work for you will be - HOW WILL YOU DEAL WITH THIS?

I want you to be encouraged, that whatever life sends you means, YOU ARE READY TO HEAL!  This episode will give you steps and ideas of how to do this very thing and create some spaciousness around the "reaction of the personality" and move you into the reflection of the soul.

Giving praise and thanks for all the good in your life and world, puts you in the flow of the whole universe.  Be empowered to take charge of the mental aspect of your life and include your emotional intelligence and awareness....as you give thanks and praise.  The spiritual, emotional and physical will all work together to create a life of love, abundance and peace.

You may want to ask yourself:  What am I giving my energy to?  And be about that!  It is so important to give your heart as you speak words of praise and affirmation.  You are a blessing, dear friend.  Many, many blessings on the journey!

When you have been on the spiritual journey awhile, you realize that service and loving others is a natural extension of a God-centered life.  Have you served anyone lately?  This can be fun and exciting!

Using your gifts and talents to help others is both rewarding and a learning experience.  As you serve, you will realize that it is a way to know this Truth - I AM WORTHY!  You serve when you believe you have something to give.  I hope you will live this truth in the world this week - you are worthy to give and receive as you serve others.

Self-love is a key to lifelong happiness and purpose.  And although many of us were not taught this important concept, as you grow and develop on the spiritual journey, you will see that self-love is a gateway to the Divine. 

The Divine presence lives in you and as you learn to love yourself, you will be a better person, more spiritual and bring more goodness into the world. Our goal with this episode is to support your spiritual growth as you develop the idea of asking yourself regularly, "Is this loving to myself?"  This can be a great question!

You are made from love.  What a wonderful affirmation - and TRUTH!  If all you did on your spiritual journey today was to affirm, "I am made from love", I am quite sure that life would get immeasurably better for you.  This idea, that is both a truth and affirmation, will align you with the good the universe has for you.
