Today on the show, I'm sharing 5 (critical) improvements we made this year to our client meeting process.
After years of trying to implement a good, systemized review meeting process...
...our team walked away from this last meeting cycle feeling like we FINALLY found our groove and created a positive experience for both us AND our clients.
And since creating a positive (and valuable) meeting experience for our clients helps to improve client retention and referrals, I think it’s still safe to say that we’re still talking some marketing today. 😊
