Much of what holds us back is actually our lives and looking for success from external sources when we don't feel successful and our lives aren't in order can be difficult.

In this episode I get rolling on the masculinity conversation. There is a lot of talk out there about what it means to be a man and a lot of it is BS. This is part one of a series of episodes on masculinity where we will do a deep dive into this topic starting here with this fired up episode.

Then I get into what it takes to live a life you love, sometimes it can get uncomfortable as you let go of the conditions and patterns that are ingrained in us from brith living in the western world.

I talk about the difficulties men face in this post pandemic world and why mental health numbers are so high for men.

Then I start to talk about inspiration and the hero's journey, to live a fulfilling life that inspires those around you.

If you want whats truly best for your loved ones, then go live your life to the fullest and you will inspire them to do the same. 

 

In this one I drop a gem from Joe Rogan whose take on the Hero's Journey inspired me along my path. I blow the quote at first and then come back on in the end to read the transcript of what he actually said.

How to Navigate Challenging Times

I share some of my story about working through difficult experiences to get to the other side. I am moving... again... and it's still difficult. I share some of my experiences of living on the road for a few years and how this has helped me in many areas of life. 

I also share some insight into the process of following your heart and how to live a life that you truly desire. 

This is a free flowing episode, I start off a little slow and then I find my grove and in the end I'm on fire, speaking passionately about following the heart and working through fear. I share a couple quotes that inspired me including one from DMX and another from Pema Chodron. This is probably the only podcast in the world where you will hear quotes from those two people in the same episode.

Since the last episode I have been on a journey, getting to know the jungles of Mexico and the ancient mayan sites of Palenque, Yaxchilan and Bonampak. Hear my stories about the trips to these incredible sites that brought out my inner Indiana Jones.

I also take a few minutes to honor Bryce Draper who passed this month. Bryce was a brother that I connected with who was on a mission to change the world. He did incredible work and was a catalyst in bringing Kambo to the states and Europe. He helped thousands of people personally and made an impact that will be felt for decades.

You are unlikely to actually be free without understanding what freedom means to you.

 

The Yogis talk a lot about liberation and use the term Samahdi. We journey through yogic scriptures and wisdom to find a new lens to view freedom and the possibilities that this life holds.
