The truth is the truth, no matter how many lies are being told around it. That’s the nature of truth: it’s not influenced by culture, people, or feelings. It’s always going to be the same. You can’t change the truth to fit your own ideas, otherwise, it wouldn’t really be true. The Bible is the ultimate Truth. It’s the very words of God, and since God doesn’t change neither will His Word. As Pastor Mark teaches you today, you must keep the Bible as the standard of truth in your life. You will encounter many temptations to see it as less than the inspired Word of God, but don’t yield to them! Stand strong and stand firm on the foundation of God’s Word.
