Extra Noir Podcast

Our December episode has a slightly accidental preponderance of music from 1980s Japan, including tracks from Mariah, Morio Agata and Richochet. In between you'll find music at least one Korean selection, some German synthpop, a Eurythmics cover and something related to Throbbing Gristle.

We'll be taking a break from new episodes for a while, so here's a little bonus in the meantime. One of the secret influences on Extra Noir has always been the electro, hip hop, breakbeat and freestyle music from 80s and early 90s Miami. Here's a little selection of our favorite tracks.

Last podcast for a while... We need some time off to relocate to Seoul. So in the meantime enjoy some assorted 80s strangeness from Chen Yi, Sally Patience and Diseño Corbusier, and some newer synthy selections from Jo Johson, Punctum, F Ingers and Forests.
