Today I talk about a couple of things that have been weighing down on my mind

first with a potential second wave of new infections in late fall of this year, will Business make capital investments or will they play it safe? What are the implications of this lack of investment in the future?

Secondly I talk about the potential of a global food shortage. Will this lead to mass starvation in certain parts of the world?

A lot of the headlines the media prints are misleading for sure. They are designed to be clickbait and it causes fear. Keep this in mind because, while this is a serious virus, the headlines are only headlines. This is your libertarian look at the 2020 election.

Today I explore the idea that politicians can suspend peoples individual rights for a public health emergency. Is this a good precedent to set, or should people fight back? This is your coronavirus headquarters Eye on 2020.

With the passing of the $2 trillion stimulus package, I am wondering today where is the voice of fiscal responsibility that we saw during the last financial crisis with the tea party? The politicians are doling out corporate bail outs, and handouts to their lobbyists in the special interests as the people cheer it on. Where is the tea party of 2020?

Today I’m frustrated with the media hype of the coronavirus. Yes its deadly, yes it spreads fast, but they are hyping up the numbers, and objectivity has been thrown out the window. Do you want objectivity? Listen to Eye on 2020!

The capacity of the medical system in America and across the world is the reason governments and people are worried about the spread of the coronavirus. They will blame “free market” healthcare of course, and say the solution is government run healthcare. They are wrong! Since this is a supply and demand issue, supply of hospital beds, and demand for hospital beds, a true free market is the only solution. The last week has been like living in the twilight zone. Literally everything is shutting down, financial markets are tanking. How can I talk about the elections when all this is so crazy. So today I just free flowed my thoughts on this.

Today I talk about the Bernie Sanders nomination and the thumb in the eyes of all of his supporters by the Democratic Party. All because they somehow think that Joe Biden is their ticket to beating Donald Trump. I have a hard time agreeing with it, I actually feel sympathy for Bernie Sanders and his supporters, it makes me sort of root for him even.
