Jake Thompson the creator of the Compete Everyday brand (podcast, book, apparel, etc...) and the current Chief Encouragement Officer, joins the Eyes Up Mindset team to explore how competing goes way beyond sport. A competitors lifestyle is something you can choose each day to stay in the fight and compete like crazy for the things you want. Jake also challenges us to be intentional when choosing the "starting five" you surround yourself with in life as these people dictate your effectiveness and potential to grow.

Christine Nickels joins us to discuss how our blind spots and biases may be inadvertently impacting not only our performance but the performance of those around us. She challenges us to listen, educate ourselves, and be willing to HEAR other voices so that collectively we can move toward a more unified community and provide everyone opportunities to thrive. Living Eyes Up is about growing daily individually and ultimately growing each other! Join us in this conversation as we seek ACTION rather than MOVEMENT around this conversation.
Christine Nickels is the Assistant Executive Director and Director of Education and Partnerships at the Fred Wells Tennis and Education Center, a youth development nonprofit and public indoor tennis facility based in St. Paul that removes barriers to participation for under-resourced youth and teaches life skills through sport.
