It’s been a while! I think we will call this the second season as it seems fitting as I head into another season of battling cancer.

Devastated and angry are just two of the words that come to mind. But also with that come to surrender and faith.

Thank you for being on the journey with me so far. Tag along as I fight cancer again.

I find it so funny that we are so much more alike than we realize. We all have a desire to be liked, accepted, and find connection.

I am no different. I want friends! I want to be accepted and liked by others.

So getting invited to a get together had me feeling all sorts of feelings and I figured I would share all of them with you.

Being a coach for over a decade now, I am very much aware of what most females need when it comes to reaching their fat-loss goals.

Over the last couple of years, I have also become very clear in who I want to work with, and what I plan to do to help with the very low long-term success rates.

After reading yet another client biweekly that I share on this episode, it is clear to me what I need to be coaching females with.

I was given that advice and it's always stuck with me.

Getting some frustrating news could have led me to having a very pissy day. But I made sure I stuck to this rule along with one other question I ask myself.

I was able to turn the day around despite us getting the news of not closing on the house on the day we were supposed to.

Rolling with the punches and asking myself these two questions to keep me in check.

100 episodes! I still have to pinch myself that I have reached what I consider a milestone with my podcast.

I had the opportunity to be interviewed on his show last month, and knew that I needed to share him with my audience.

What I love about Kerwin is that while he is a business coach and strategist, you will soon see that he is an expert on studying the psychology of influence and works with people to become their best selves, which in return, helps them to exponentially grow in their business.

I am confident that this will go down as one of the favorite episodes to date.

If I could go back in time and teach myself when it came to my nutritional strategy years ago, it would have been to have a better understanding of the all-or-nothing attitude and how most of us need to readjust our expectations of our execution.

You will never be perfect, and you will never want to be 100% while on vacation.

Doing this alone, would saved me many vacations where I ended up falling off the deep end, and in return, feeling like crap about myself. All to be avoided had I just been realistic with my expectations.

What gets you there will help to keep you there. Never underestimate the power of the daily practices to keep you chasing your best self. One mistake I have made several times is that ‘I got this’ and I stop doing the practices that had me winning or successful.
