God created each of us with purpose, on purpose and for purpose, so it is incumbent upon us to live purpose-driven lives. Just know that you were created and specifically called to answer a purpose, so that God’s plan would be made manifest in the earth. When things feel devastating and appear to be setbacks, God’s word reminds us that “All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Such God-ordained purpose is only fulfilled through our trials and tribulation, so we count it all joy, when we face life’s challenges; not that they are always easy, but that through our struggles, God’s purpose is fulfilled.

God did not design us to dwell alone but in community, so we must be reminded, communication is key. God spoke Man and everything that was ever created into existence (by communicating), then commanded that all of Mankind engage in open, ongoing communication for the good of community. According to Psalm 133:1 “Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.” God’s word has taught us that there is no community without strong, honest, positive communication; that solid foundation upon which ALL community is built.

God has commanded us to forgive one another; a necessary practice that positions us to be forgiven, while improving overall health, physically, socially and mentally. Forgiveness is not just about saying the word; it is an active process in which you make a conscious decision to let go of negative feelings, whether the forgiven party is deserving or not. When true forgiveness takes place, anger, resentment, and hostility are all released and often replaced with empathy, compassion and sometimes even affection toward the person who wronged you. Forgiveness is the single action that strengthens and revives the spiritual, while it nurtures and restores the physical body. Only your best life is the life you live, when you obey God and choose to forgive.
