First of all, there was a little bit of technical difficulties and I was muted the first 30seconds.

In this 1 hour self podcasting episode which was recorded LIVE on my FABULOUSLY_TOURETTE Instagram I made update toward my now 4 month of Real Estate Agency journey and I shared my own personal evaluation, strategies, and outlook. I talked about my recent opportunity of doing some part-time work in my past career Ocean Import Freight Forwarding operations and how this experience enlightened me and boosted my confidence. I will be turning 44 soon by middle of this month of April. I am proud of my own personal and professional progress. I will keep up the good work. Thank you for listening.

This was my first podcast recorded while going Livestream on Instagram. I was flowing so well in my self-talks I actually went over the first 30 minutes segment without knowing the recording ended. This explains the gap you will hear but as always I improvised beautifully. In this episodes I spoke about my own personal journey integrating my work into my life and how things are intricately intertwined while maintaining harmony. I used this segment to address some Real Estate Market updates as well as sharing prospect strategy and tips. Thank you for your continuing participation and support toward my platform. 2 weeks after our initial conversation, Brooklyn based visual artist Elton Leonard returned for another episode. We started off episode 53 by talking about Martial Arts since Elton was a practitioner and I have been a long time enthusiast. We spoke about the importance of communication and how misunderstandings in our diverse city can spark into long time race tensions. We also discussed importance of mental health awareness and I invited Elton to be part of my future episodes because talks like this bring healing to both of us.
