Continuing this series I began last summer during my travels, each of these Livin' The Vibe mixes have been compiled and recorded in different cities around the world, along my journeys while exploring the vibes and cultures of each city.

After doing mixes last year in Amsterdam, Prague, and Vienna, I figured this summer I should start off in my hometown before I ship back off across the pond again in a few weeks.

Deep vibes here, mostly all new music, inspired stylistically by rooftop sunset vibes and the free-wheelin' summer energy that permeates around Brooklyn as the temps rise!

This one is from the archives from our @eyedyllic radioshow on frisky, from March 2018. I worked on this set for an entire month, and am very proud of it as a result! This one is very immersive, to say the least.

The mix I did in Vienna for my Livin The Vibe series contains almost zero "electronic music" outside of a few favorites. This is more of a crudely mixed mixtape than anything, its me mixing my "life music".. music that's stood the test of time and feels as if it is being sung by me internally, from people like Louis Armstrong, Bill Withers, Nirvana, Lionel Ritchie, Elliott Smith, 2pac, Gladys Knight, Tears For Fears, Alt-J, etc.

It's music that makes me cry. Life makes me cry often. That's how I spend my days, often. Walking the streets of random historical cities, crying behind my sunglasses. Tears of joy, tears of love, tears of despair, and tears of those long gone but not forgotten.

The second mix in my worldwide travel series which I am recording on the fly during my travels. Following a deeply introspective and rather melancholic trip and mix from Amsterdam, my overall state of being definitely felt as if I was leaving the darkness and embracing the light during my 4 days spent in the lovely city of Prague.

The mix features mostly newly released music from artists such as Steve Bug & Cle, Francis Harris, Lauer, dOP, DJ Boring, Erefaan Pearce feat Lazarusman, Chuffing Buffy, and also features classics from Sascha Funke and one of my all time faves from the Commodores to finish things off. And more, obviously 😊

I am on a visionquest across the world. There's no itinerary.
