Dr. Cochav Elkayam-Levy is founder and chair of The Civil Commission on October 7th Crimes by Hamas Against Women and Children. Yesterday, she addressed the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, presenting her commission's report on Hamas' sex crimes committed during the October 7 attacks and while holding hostages captive. Today, she spoke with KAN's David Ze'ev.
