"I've had a revelation over the last few days and I was really kind of scared to share this with everyone. I'm very transparent. I'm very, I guess, raw. So being the person (that) I am, I want to share my story and I just want to help someone out there."  

 

In this episode of the Fierce as F*ck Podcast, I will talk about a topic that is really personal, something that I consider to be really close to my heart. Admittedly, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a really sensitive topic but I feel like maybe someone out there needs to hear about this. I know how this can weigh heavily on a person so even though I’m quite nervous, I’m also quite eager to touch upon certain points that I really wanted to drive home. 

 

I strongly believe that the universe is going to take over, speak through me, and allow the outpouring of what really needs to come out at this very moment. 

 

So, I welcome you to one of our rawest episodes yet, in the midst of probably one of the hardest weeks that I have gone through in a really long time.
