What a rad episode with my bro & co presenter of Fænix Vision Mikey Malone!

We unpacked tarot no 19 - The Sun exploring what the card meant to us & in from the perspective of it's position within the heroes journey which was a lot of fun!

We then delved into water's capacity to hold information talking about everything from quantum computers to vibrational blessings as well as exploring what kind of information are you taking into your body when drinking water from different sources.

Brilliant episode with my brother Anthony Andrews who is a holistic health coach & yoga instructor!

We went through Anthony's journey into health which started with an injury that ended his career in professional rugby.

He then went on to have a number of completely life changing spiritual experiences that have shaped the work he does now with his clients.

Through his experiences I would describe him as a fantastic bridge between the worlds of spirituality & rugby!

In this episode we dived into the tarot no 5 - The Hierophant exploring what the card symbolises to us from the light & shadow perspectives - It led us into a conversation relating to the difficulties that religious programming in society can cause.

We then went into a expose all about vaporisers & healing herbs with Mike giving some great reccomendations for how to engage in a much more harmonious & healthy activity than standard smoking.

We discussed the different properties of different herbs as well as the vibration behind them.

Wooooooooo! What an absolutely jokes episode! I got to caught up with one of my best all time buddies of many years, Gavin Symes who runs his occupational therapy business helping his clients & patients in Melbourne, Oz. We explored Gav's journey into becoming OT (of which I saw to much inspiration!), explored what occupational therapy exactly is & how it provides much needed help & support to those who, well, really need it! We then went into Gav's journey with his own chronic pain challenges & how he brought himself from a place of wanting to commit suicide into a place of transformation with self education & empowerment. We then discussed the power & application of the biopsychosocial model in treating clients & patients with chronic pain. We also spoke about the common difficulty in the patient treatment model perpetuated by the allopathic medical system as well as in private therapy that does not always work to empower the patient or client in the best way. Gav is a man with a huge heart which you get to find out all about within this episode! Gracias amigo! :)

This was amazing & very deep episode with Charlotte Donachie who is an astrologer & healer working with her clients in supporting & guiding them in their transformative journeys! We dived into the science of astrology covering many aspects of this ancient art of divining the planets. Charlotte explained the journey of the zodiac wheel & what each sign means & represents, we then explored how the planetary archetypes are very alive within the human consciousness & how astrological influences have influenced global & historical events. We covered tonnes more than this, i'm still reeling! This is a great episode for those new to the science of astrology. Injoy! :)

This was an incredible episode & one of my all time favourites so far interviewing Kira Goldy who is a clairvoyant & healer! We went into Kira's story & the path that lead her into giving her clients extremely powerful & insightful readings to help support them on their healing & life journey. We unpacked the magic of life speaking about the mystical force that guides & steers us through life on the golden thread... We then unpacked the mystery that is the tarot deck & how it can be used for guidance & navigation through life. We also did a tarot reading for myself which got quite deep & was thinking at the time "Do I want this shared on the podcast??" Haha, Injoy Kira & The Magic Of life :)

This was a very deep episode of Fænix Vision with my good buddy Ed Thompson! Ed is a holistic health & pain rehabilitation coach with a background in permaculture studies. Ed shared his story into holistic health & then we went in on the Jungian concept of the 6 Feminine Rivers that exist within the male psyche as well as unpack some of the shadow elements that have come to the fore within the male psyche. We spoke about the importance of going within so that you don't go without & rounded off by talking about one of Ed's passions in permaculture. We will defo be doing a round 2! I hope you enjoy :)

This is the first episode whereby me & my buddy & co-presenter of the podcast Mike Malone dialogue on various different weird & wonderful topics! We drew The Hermit card from the Major Arcana from tarot & explore what the Hermit means as an archetype as well as what it means to us while exploring the light & shadow expressions of the archetype. We then delved into meditation going through the amazing benefits that can be had from a meditation practice as well as some of the blunders that people end up going into! We round off with some practical & easy ways that you can begin a meditation practice today :)

This was a great episode with me & MIke Malone interviewing our good buddy from the Chek Academy, Ezra Nahumury! We went through many varies topics including Ezra's transformative journey from sergeant in the Dutch army to electronic dance party organiser to holistic health practitioner.
