Families are back in their homes in the Talmadage area today after the Fairmount Fire forced evacuations. Four people have been arrested at the San Diego Airport, accused of trying to smuggle 93 bundles of marijuana onto a flight to London. Breeders' Cup is back at Del Mar, as the racetrack kicks off it's fall racing season.
