I Heard a mentor of mine say "the way you do anything is the way you do everything". It took me a little while but I finally realized she was talking about my self discipline. As I reflected on this I began to see all these areas in my life that were so undisciplined and the negative impact on my success in my business.

It was affecting how I showed up as a mom, how I showed up as a wife on how I was living my life, honestly.

I love hearing faith success stories because it can be really easy to dismiss miracles as things of the past or things that don't happen to people like me. 

Hebrews 13:8 says, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. This means miracles can and still do happen! And for most of us, achieving our business dreams and desires feels pretty much like a miracle. 

The only thing standing in your way is belief. And this is right where Satan wants you. He knows if he can get your belief, you'll never get there.

I've got two action steps for you and lots of golden nuggets to help you recognize and achieve your own miracle.

In order to step into something new, we must step out of something old. To step into who God is calling you to be and where He wants to take you, you must leave where you are now. Ouch! Scary right?!

There are so many worldly pressures that make this really difficult. But In order to prevent the pressures of the world from holding you back from being who you are called to be, you have to first understand them.  Once you understand them, you can use the following steps to prevent them from holding you back:

.

Step 1: Stop chasing money/security and chase your vision

.

Step 2: Design your business around your life. This means coming up with your non-negotiable for your life. Deciding on the moments and times of the day when you NEED to be fully present in the moment. Start implementing things that support who you are in your vision and where you’re going… like how many days you work and how many hours a week you work. I work on average about 12-15 hours a week. But working less than 20 hours a week was a non-negotiable for me. I want freedom. I hate feeling restricted, that’s why I work for myself! lol

.

Step 3: Identify your aftermath symptoms and get to work on them one at a time. In my signature program  I have them start with their #1 limiting belief keeping them in an income rut. So if you need a place to start that’s a good one.

Step 4: Follow my recipe for success! Wake up every morning and set your intentions on Faith, Discipline and Doing.

Earlier in 2019 the Lord began to speak to me about simplifying my business. I was operating from a place of chaos and overwhelm, feeling like I never had enough time to get everything done, serve my clients, be a mom, be a wife... everything just felt really complicated. And I was having a really hard time making decisions. 

I kept thinking to myself, "there has got to be a better way to do business".  After seeking the Lord in frustration over making dream boards and goals and never checking anything off, He gave me two words... Vision and Order.

1 Corinthians 14:33 says God is not the author of confusion, but of peace. 

When we learn to Keep It S.I.M.P.L..E we are choosing to build our business from a place of peace. Peace allows more of God. It eliminates distractions, decision fatigue, and overwhelm so we can confidently achieve anything we want! Wouldn't that be nice Susie?!

“I’m not cheap, I’m just frugal” buuut... are you really Susie? There’s a distinct difference between frugality and a lack mentality. Lack produces stress, fatigue, worry, anxiety, pressure, did I mention stress?... which are the opposite of WHO GOD IS. God is the God of peace and more than enough.  Ephesians 3:20 says that He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all we could ask or think. Phillipians 4:19 says He will supply all of your needs according to HIS riches and glory. 

.

Girlfriend, He has more than enough! But if you focus on lack ... you know the whole "I don't have enough money right now" and the whole " I can't afford that right now" thang... you get more lack. Yea girl, I remember what it's like! IT SUCKS. 

Being frugal is awesome, never having enough is not. But when you're in a lack mentality "being frugal" can be a frequent disguise,  because I mean really... who wants to admit yea i'm operating from a place of lack!  lol It's just not a fun thing to discover but it has a significant effect on your financial future so ya might wanna have a listen :-) ENJOY SUSIE Q!
