Someone asked me a thought provoking question the other day that left me with a shocking truth.

“Heather, if there was anything that you could have asked yourself to eliminate some of the obstacles that you had to work through to get to where you are right now, what would it be?”

Wow.

Guys, I sat with this for a long time. And my answer was this question;

“Do you really believe that you can do this?”

I had too many fears and limitations in the core of my being that I put on myself and on God. I had too many doubts. And I did not really believe that I could build a successful, 6+ figure business.

I mean, I would’ve pep talked myself around it. I would have encouraged myself and tried to motivate myself. Honestly, a lot of times my answer to everything was just to work harder.

Like I can do this, I know I can do this, but I just need to work harder.

But behind that hustle mentality lurks fear.

Don’t MANAGE your time, INVEST it!

You hear a lot about “time management” but what if we shift our mindset and see it as “time investment” instead? Because producing results in the time you have isn’t so much about how you manage your time, but about what you're investing your time in.

How you are investing your time?

What people are you investing your time in?

What tasks are you giving your time to?

Typically when we hear the word invest we think of putting our money into something.

It's usually a big decision.

It's usually a little bit scary.

We may have some resistance come up and we may not necessarily be jumping out of our seats to do it.

An investment is value because we view our money as valuable.

We can always make more money, but our time is finite. When you begin to view your time for what it is, so valuable that you carefully consider where you put it (ie: where you invest) then your concept of time begins to shift.

We start to understand how valuable we are. And all of a sudden you become more valuable in your own eyes.

Where we put our time predicts the results that we get. So in the podcast today we’ll walk through four non-negotiables for your calendar to help you invest your time wisely.

If you want to have that 6, 7, or 8 figure business, then you have to have these non-negotiables on your calendar.
