Studies indicate that many Christians really don't know what they believe. While availability and access to Christian training resources (church teaching, internet, radio, publications) has increased, still many Christians do not have a grasp on the fundamentals of their own Christian faith.

What is love?

Is love an emotion, an act of the will, an intellectual exercise, or something completely different.

However you define love, you cannot deny how important it is in human relationships; both with one another and with God.

God's word speaks of love as an important part of our life. In fact, if we want to grow in our faith, we have to get a firm handle on the area of love.

Guest speaker, Randy Roebuck looks into 2 Timothy 2, in particular leading us to consider why the apostle Paul describes the Christian's life as being like that of a farmer.

In our consumer-driven environment, it is important for us not only to take time and be thankful for those gifts we have, but to also be thankful to the One who has given us those gifts.
