No matter the industry, businesses have to make best practice decisions. But, when you are trying to resolve challenges like growth stagnation, high turnover, or hybrid work staff complications and you think best practices only exist in your organization, you often create barriers instead. Listen as Debra gives great insight into how asking the right questions reveals often overlooked reasons that could help resolve the challenges you face. It can be hard to confront the truth that you don't have all the answers, but God's word gives great examples too of hard questions and the reasons they are important to resolve the challenges at hand.

Beginning her career surrounded by rocket scientists at Martin Marietta (Lockheed Martin), Debra learned very early that talented, smart people need disciplined and structured critical thinking processes to manage the supply chain of information enveloping them. Today, Debra partners with clients at Kepner-Tregoe to remove the “noise” that paralyzes even the best as issues must be identified, problems must be solved permanently, decisions must be made well, and risk must be managed effectively. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, WA, with a BA in Organization Management.

The culture of The Blue Angels is based on trust and gratitude. So, Greg "Boss" Wooldridge and the members of the squadron could transparently share their mistakes without fear. Juliet Nakimuli Kasiita is the Country Manager for Sinapis Group Uganda, a global Christian organization blending intensive entrepreneurship training with faith-based principles and access to capital.  She is a graduate of Makerere University Kampala, Uganda and has over 18 years’ experience in ICT service delivery, business operations and entrepreneurship development in the banking, microfinance and telecom industries. She is also the founder of The Winpreneurs Africa, a collaborative community platform helping women start and run scalable, sustainable enterprises. She is a certified financial literacy trainer, business coach and mentor for business development projects with individuals, companies, schools, government, and NGOs. Juliet is married to Henry and they have a daughter, Arianna. She loves reading, supporting her church ministry, travelling, networking, and charitable causes. OH YEAH – she also enjoys a good laugh over a cup of tea!

About Lori Drury
Lori Drury is the Executive Director and CEO of Biblical Business Training, Inc. (BBT). She comes to this experience after serving five years as BBT's Communications Director.  Lori is guiding the organization with a new strategic vision, developing partner connections, and growing a financial foundation for the mission of equipping and empowering bible study groups and their leaders. Lori brings marketing, business development, and brand awareness experience from her previous roles at Cushman & Wakefield, the University of Missouri, Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, and entrepreneurship. Lori earned a Bachelor of Science Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Missouri. In her spare time, outside of family and work, she volunteers her time with several professional and community organizations in St. Louis. She married her high school sweetheart, Kory, and they have two young sons and are members of St. Alban Roe Catholic Church.
