About Mike McDaniel
Mike McDaniel is a Director of Partner Alliances at Cisco Systems, leading a team that develops and executes strategies to accelerate Cisco's growth with World Wide Technologies. He has been in technology sales and partner management for over 25 years.  Mike has a true passion for learning, leading and serving with a focus on his faith.  He started attending a BBT group ten years ago with a group of dads at Westminster Christian Academy, and has been leading a Cisco-based BBT group for the past four years.  In his free time, Mike enjoys riding his bike, golfing, working in his yard and spending time with his family.

About Stephanie Wagner
Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Stephanie has grown up around the aircraft industry all her life.  Her father worked for McDonnell Douglas/Boeing for 34 years, and his love for the company drove her to pursue a career at Boeing as well.  Stephanie has earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, MBA, and recently MS in Data Analytics. Almost 16 years into her career at Boeing, her current role is Supplier Program Manager for T-7A Training Systems. Stephanie has been a BBT member since 2016, and has been planting BBT groups in various sites for the last four years. She has a heart for growth of Bible study groups in the workplace, increasing Kingdom-focused living in this secular environment. Stephanie lives in St. Peters, MO, with her husband and two children.

About Anthony Meyers
While in his current role — serving on the Senior Leadership Team at The Crossing Church — Anthony Meyer’s main focus is striving to be a bridge-builder and change agent in the process of developing significant community partnerships across the city. His first job consisted of being a deputy sheriff in North Carolina. While moving from Dallas to St. Louis more than six years ago, things have come full circle as he embraces the opportunity to play a vital role in impacting this community. Anthony has served in various executive leadership roles over the course of his career, and has more than 20 years of experience in aiding corporate, educational, and non-profit organizations toward sustainability and excellence. He is a leadership expert, change agent, and social entrepreneur who empowers organizations and their leadership; to engage them in more productive and purposeful work. In addition, Anthony focuses on leveraging his vision through collective engagement by creating broker relationships that cross cultural, racial, socio-economic, and geographical boundaries in order to espouse the development of better organizations and communities. He and his wife reside in the St. Louis area, and they have two daughters.

When so much of our time is dominated by work, we can either be a superwoman and try to do it all on our own or trust God to empower us, guide us, and work through us.  People of Christ is who we are; work is what we do and how we do it is very much informed by faith.  Priscilla Hill-Ardoin shares wisdom from forty-five years of family life and thirty-two years as an African-American female in the telecommunications business. Through God-inspired boldness, she took a courageous leap of faith to speak out about diversity and inclusion to highlight the value of differences and the unique strengths each person brings to the table as a gift from God. Her faith and courage continue to be a gift as she leans in to God's path.

Priscilla Hill-Ardoin is the President & CEO of PH-Agency along with a motivational speaker, businesswoman, and philanthropist. She is retired as the Chief Privacy Officer of AT&T (formerly Southwestern Bell) and pioneered a telecommunications career for 32 years. Her personal passion is serving as the Founder and President of The Aaron Ardoin Foundation for Sickle Cell Research and Education (AAF) established in 2005. Currently, she serves on numerous boards such as World Wide Technology, Enterprise Holdings, Inc., Washington University in St. Louis, Haven for Hope Transformational Center for the Homeless in San Antonio, Vanderbilt-Meharry-Matthew Walker Center of Excellence in Sickle Cell Disease in Nashville, and Biblical Business Training. Priscilla Hill-Ardoin has become a passionate advocate for the mission of helping people apply Biblical principles at work as well as advising the BBT Team. Priscilla has been recognized through the years for her generous charitable work and community service. Priscilla lives in San Antonio, Texas, but makes frequent trips to St. Louis to visit her son, daughter-in-law, and twin grandbabies.

Would you be willing to lead a Bible study in the workplace? It was an easy and natural "yes" for Greg Schuster because it was obvious that God brought him and Brandon Mann together and there was a bigger plan ahead.  

Greg continues BBT's founding story as he recalls the first Bible study in a corporate board room in 2008.  Through serving and living out the Gospel and helping other people, a community of diverse leaders brought authenticity and accountability to Bible study discussion.  The outcome of the group and study established deeper relationships with God and people applied to everyday life and work.  Those relationships yielded valuable lessons for Greg's career through listening to perspectives, absorbing other's experiences, and sharing vulnerability. 

Greg Schuster serves as President of Global Integrated Portfolio Management for Cushman & Wakefield and is a board member of BBT. In this interview, he shares how boldness and courage led to a community of leaders bringing their authentic selves to work.
