Have you ever gone through a season where you weren’t in church or didn’t feel as close to God — and started to wonder if He was disappointed in you? You’re not alone.
In this episode, I talk story about what it really means to walk with God even when your faith doesn’t look “traditional.” We’ll look at Romans 8:38–39 and the powerful reminder that nothing — not distance, not doubt, not your current season — can separate you from Christ’s love.
💛 This one’s for the sis who needs to be reminded that God’s love never left. He’s still right where He’s always been — with you.

Have you ever felt like you’re not “spiritual enough” to help someone else? Like you don’t know enough Scripture, or you’re still figuring things out yourself? You’re not alone.
In this episode, I talk story about learning to stop disqualifying myself and start trusting that if God calls me to something, He’ll equip me for it. We’ll look at Romans 12:8 and talk about how God uses hearts that are willing, not perfect — and how sometimes, your “yes” is the very thing He’ll use to reach someone else.
💛 This one’s a reminder for the sis who doubts her calling: God already knows your weaknesses, and He chose you anyway.

Life gets busy. You fall behind on reading, prayer, or the things you meant to do for God — and suddenly, guilt creeps in. But missing a few things doesn’t mean you’ve missed Him.
In this first episode, I talk story about the pressure to keep up, what God showed me through Romans 12:3, and a conversation with a friend who felt embarrassed about her own faith journey. We’ll talk about what it really means to walk with God when you’re human, tired, and still trying.
💛 This one’s for the sis who’s doing her best but feels behind — a gentle reminder that you’re not alone, and God’s still right there beside you.

What started as a journey to fix my smile turned into one of the deepest lessons God has ever taught me. In this episode, I’m sharing how a prayer I carried for years was finally answered, and how God used it to show me something far greater than just a new smile.
Through the struggle, the waiting, and the insecurities, He was teaching me about identity, healing, and how He sees me. This wasn’t just about a smile — it was about discovering beauty in His timing and His purpose.
If you’ve ever prayed for something long and wondered if God was listening, I hope this story reminds you that His answers are worth the wait. ✨

For years, I was smiling on the outside but hurting on the inside. My smile was something I tried to hide, and along with it, my self-esteem. In this episode, I’m opening up about my backstory — growing up with a smile I felt ashamed of, the insecurities that came with it, and what led me to finally begin the journey of changing it.
This isn’t just about teeth — it’s about how we carry pain we think nobody sees. And how those insecurities can shape the way we see ourselves.
If you’ve ever struggled with confidence, appearance, or feeling “less than,” this one’s for you. 💔

In this episode, I’m talking story about one of the biggest parenting choices I’ve made so far — not giving my kids a cell phone (yet). 📵 As a mom, I’ve seen the pressures, distractions, and behaviors that can come with phones, and I’m learning how to set boundaries that actually help my kids grow.
I’m not here to say what every parent should do — just sharing my own heart, struggles, and what I’ve noticed with my own kids. If you’ve ever wrestled with the cell phone question (or felt the pressure from everyone else doing it), this one’s for you.
Let’s talk about it.

Middle school is a whole new world — and this year, my son is stepping into it by himself for the first time. In this episode, I’m sharing how it feels as a mom to watch him navigate this season, the worries that come with letting go, and the pride of seeing him grow more independent.
If you’ve ever had a child make that big transition — or if you’re just preparing for it — you’ll know it’s not always easy. But we’re in this together, and I truly believe God gives us the grace to parent through each new stage.
So come talk story with me about middle school, motherhood, and trusting God with our kids in a whole new way.

Welcome to a brand new season of the podcast — because honestly, something’s gotta change. In this episode, I’m opening up about where I’m at, why I’ve been rethinking how I do this show, and the new direction I feel God leading me in.
No pressure, no preaching — just me, talking story about faith, life, and the real stuff we go through. I’m excited (and a little nervous) to shift things up, but I know it’s time.
So let’s talk stories about change, growth, and what’s ahead for the Faith & Aloha Podcast.

Have you ever felt like you had to hold it all together — until suddenly you realized you couldn’t?
In this episode, I share a deeply personal story about a week when I thought I was “fine” managing everything alone… until I found myself overwhelmed and lonely. In that quiet, raw moment, God met me with one powerful word: sovereign.
We’ll talk about what God’s sovereignty really means — not as a distant, theological concept, but as a safe place for your tired, overwhelmed heart. Together, we’ll explore scripture, reflect on surrendering control, and learn how His sovereignty can become our deepest rest and hope.
Come sit with me, friend — let’s invite God’s sovereignty to be our safe place.

Have you ever felt stuck in a cycle? The same argument, the same tension, the same heavy feelings that show up over and over again?
In this episode of The Faith & Aloha Show, I’m opening up about a pattern in my marriage with Danny that’s repeated for years — especially before he left for work trips. Every time, there would be tension, fighting, and a heaviness that lasted the whole time he was gone.
But this time, something shifted. Through quiet inner healing (which we talked about last week) and the power of asking for prayer, I experienced a new kind of peace — for the first time in years.
We’ll look at Isaiah 26:3 and Philippians 4:7, and talk about how peace doesn’t always show up loud and dramatic. Sometimes, it arrives gently, through surrender, prayer, and small heart changes that break big cycles.
If you’re longing for peace in your relationships, or praying for a breakthrough in your marriage, this episode is for you.
