I sit down with Beth Meek, a holistic nutrition and health coach whose heart beats for one of the most overlooked groups in our world: caregivers.
Beth is a champion for those who pour out every ounce of themselves for others. Her journey into caregiving wasn’t theoretical it was lived. From retirement… to discipleship… to relocating… to becoming the full‑time caregiver for her mother… to stepping in again as a caregiver for a close friend… Beth has walked the road of exhaustion, devotion, heartbreak, and holy strength.
And through it all, God shaped her into the woman she is today - a coach, a guide, and a safe place for caregivers who feel unseen, overwhelmed, or alone.
Inside this episode, Beth shares:
Beth’s work is a reminder that caregivers deserve care too and that healing, strength, and support are possible even in the hardest seasons.

In today’s episode, I sit down with Madison Phillips - a man whose entire life is a living testimony of resilience, survival, and God’s grace. From childhood trauma to adult transformation, Madison’s story is one that will move you, challenge you, and remind you that purpose can rise from even the hardest beginnings.
Madison grew up facing obstacles most people never see:
parents incarcerated, the foster care system, instability, academic struggles, and the weight of trying to survive a world that seemed stacked against him. Yet through every season, God kept writing a bigger story.
Today, Madison is an entrepreneur, an author, and the founder of Against The Given Odds, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth ages 5–24. His mission is to guide, nurture, and equip the next generation with the tools he never had - life skills, financial literacy, self‑respect, leadership, faith, and real mentorship rooted in love.
His heart is humble. His purpose is clear. His story is proof that God can turn pain into power and obstacles into assignment.

Today’s episode is such a gift. I had the honor of sitting down with Lee Ann Werner, a self‑leadership coach and a living testimony of what the love, grace, and mercy of God can do in a woman’s life. Lee Ann has walked through her share of trials, yet she stands as proof that obedience to God changes everything.
In this conversation, she shares how God taught her to love her husband to Christ — even when it would have been easier to walk away. For 25 years, she prayed, she stayed, she loved, and she trusted God with the outcome. And today, she and her husband have a beautiful, redeemed marriage that reflects the faithfulness of God.
Now Lee Ann coaches women with that same love, courage, and compassion. She helps women rise in their identity, lead themselves well, and walk in the kind of faith that transforms homes, marriages, and hearts. She even offers 1:1 coaching — 30 minutes a day for 3 days, completely free to help women step into healing and clarity.

Alma’s story is a journey through valleys most people could never imagine — yet her faith never wavered. She is a woman who asked God the hard questions, wrestled with pain, and still chose to believe in His goodness.
From being a preschool teacher…
to losing her son at just 18…
to feeling like her entire identity was breaking apart…
to church hurt, betrayal, and deep emotional wounds…
to a house fire that took everything…
to a marriage marked by brokenness…
to divorce that brought even more hurt…
to a stroke that left her bed‑bound and placed in a nursing home…
For the past four years, Alma has lived from a bed — but she has touched more lives from that bed than she ever did while walking.
Just like Job, she has endured loss after loss… yet she carries favor.
She carries faith.
She carries purpose.
And today, she shares her testimony with the world — internationally — right from her bed.
In her own words:
“I’ve touched more lives from this bed than I ever did when I walked.”
This woman is a living testimony of what faith looks like in the fire.
And in June, she will be graduating with her Honorary Doctorate Degree — a beautiful recognition of her strength, her voice, and her impact.
If you are struggling…
If you feel lost…
If you’re hurting…
If you know there is more for your life but you don’t know where to begin…
Let Alma’s story remind you:
God’s favor can find you anywhere. Even in the valley. Even in the bed. Even in the broken places.
And if you’re ready for a mindset shift, clarity, healing, or to step into your God‑given purpose, I would love to walk with you.

In this episode of Faith, Purpose & Freedom, we’re diving into one of the most important foundations of stepping into your calling: your niche. So many people feel the pull to create, teach, or share their story, but they get stuck because they don’t know where to begin. Today, we’re breaking that confusion off and bringing clarity.
We talk about what a niche actually is — not a box, not a limitation, but a doorway into serving others with the gifts, experiences, and knowledge God has already placed inside you. Whether your passion is fishing, sports, entrepreneurship, faith, healing, homeschooling, or anything in between, your niche has the power to help someone else grow, learn, or overcome.
We also explore the many ways you can share your message: podcasting, YouTube, blogging, coaching, affiliate marketing, and simple online platforms that allow you to start right where you are. You don’t need fancy equipment or a perfect plan — just obedience, willingness, and the courage to begin.
To make it even easier, I share practical AI prompts you can use for podcast outlines, website copy, SEO blogs, YouTube scripts, and more. These tools aren’t here to replace your voice — they’re here to support it, speed up your process, and help you show up with confidence.
If you’ve been feeling called to create, teach, or share your story but didn’t know how to start, this episode will give you clarity, direction, and the encouragement you need to take your next step.
If this podcast encouraged you, please consider sharing it with a friend or sowing into the mission at paypal.me/faithfullyblessed87. Every share and every gift helps spread hope, healing, and purpose. It also gives me the opportunity to offer free coaching sessions to those who struggle with affordability.
In today’s episode of the Faith, Purpose & Freedom Podcast, I sit down with the incredible Sara Roccisano, a world‑traveling author, international speaker, wayshower, and founder of Embolden Adventures™ LLC.
Sara has explored over 43 countries, countless cultures, and some of the most breathtaking places on Earth — from the depths of the oceans to the heights of the mountains, from ancient megalithic sites to hidden corners of the world most people never see. But what makes her journey truly extraordinary isn’t just the miles she’s traveled… it’s the two‑decade spiritual awakening that unfolded along the way.
Through working with wisdom keepers, connecting deeply with the natural world, and answering the call to adventure, Sara discovered a path of profound self‑discovery, spiritual expansion, and inner transformation. Her purpose is to inspire personal, professional, and spiritual growth during these times of massive change and she does it with a rare blend of optimism, clarity, and connectedness that lights up every room she enters.
In this conversation, we explore:
Sara’s story is a reminder that the world is far bigger, more mysterious, and more beautiful than we often allow ourselves to believe and that awakening is not a destination, but a lifelong journey.

Thank you for being part of this movement for rising in faith, purpose, and freedom.
In this special episode, I sit down with my daughter — a young woman whose life carries a testimony of God’s protection, purpose, and undeniable voice. She is a survivor of an attempted abduction, and through that terrifying moment, she learned with absolute certainty that she hears God clearly. Her wisdom, her discernment, and her love for our family have been shaped by the Holy Spirit in ways that continue to bless everyone around her.
She shares her baptism story, her walk with Jesus, and the journey behind her upcoming book — a book written to lead others into a deeper relationship with Christ. God is moving through her life in powerful ways, and this episode is a glimpse into the calling He has placed on her heart.

Today’s episode is one that will stay with you long after you listen. I sit down with Crystal Griffith, the founder of Medical Mom Warriors, a woman whose life is marked by resilience, faith, and a fierce love for her child.
Crystal’s story begins with her own trauma: a traumatic brain injury that changed everything. That season led her into infertility, heartbreak, and years of waiting… until God blessed her with a miracle baby. But her journey didn’t end there. Her child was later diagnosed with 28 different medical conditions, and Crystal stepped boldly into the role of caregiver, advocate, and warrior.
Through broken legs, wheelchairs, skin cancer, and countless medical battles of her own, being a caregiver and advocate, and helping others Crystal has learned one powerful truth: Diagnoses give tools and resources but they are NOT your identity.
Her story is one of grit, grace, and God’s strength.
Her mission is to equip medical moms with hope, resources, and community.
Her heart is to remind every mother that they are not alone.
Crystal now offers 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and support for families navigating medical challenges. You can learn more about her work at:
www.medicalmomwarriors.com
This episode is a testimony of courage, faith, and the kind of love that refuses to quit. It’s a reminder that God is present in every diagnosis, every hospital room, every unknown, and every battle.

This podcast is where faith meets awakening, scripture meets mindset, and personal transformation meets divine purpose. Partner with this podcast as we…
Hosted by Kayla Roth — a mother, minister, coach, and spiritual awakener, this space dives deep into the layers of identity, healing, and the unseen realm. Together, we explore what it means to renew your mind, break out of “reality addiction,” understand the spiritual energies and atmospheres around you, and walk boldly in the freedom God intended.
Here, we talk about the mystical side of scripture, the power of mindset, the truth behind spiritual awakening, and the journey of coming out of darkness into clarity. We explore auras, energy, discernment, and the spiritual experiences many people have but feel afraid to talk about. Nothing is off the table as long as it leads to truth, healing, and alignment with God.
But this podcast is also a home for stories, real stories of overcoming, testimonies of transformation, and the journeys of people who found purpose through their pain. We help listeners discover their niche, share their voice, and step into the calling God placed inside them. Whether your passion is faith, fishing, fitness, entrepreneurship, homeschooling, healing, or anything in between — your story matters, and your gifts can help others.
Each episode blends spiritual insight, practical tools, mindset renewal, and purpose activation.
