  • Becoming Who You Were Always Meant to Be

In today’s episode, we close out the Identity Series with one of the most powerful truths you will ever embrace: you are becoming who you were always meant to be. Identity is the foundation of everything — it leads to purpose, unlocks calling, and heals the disconnect between who you are and how you’re living. You were never created to live fragmented, exhausted, striving, or disconnected. You were created to live whole, aligned, loved, and awake.

We explore the “identity gap” — the space between your true self and your lived experience — and how it shows up as anxiety, self‑doubt, people‑pleasing, fear, procrastination, emotional exhaustion, or feeling stuck. When you know who you are, you stop performing, proving, chasing, shrinking, and apologizing for your existence. You begin living from truth instead of trauma.

This episode also reframes faith itself: faith is not religion; faith is relationship. God is not a harsh judge; God is love. Identity becomes distorted when we see God through fear or shame, but becomes whole when we see Him as Father, Love, Presence, Connection, Union, and Home.

You’ll learn how identity transforms relationships, families, communities, and generations — and how living from love helps you respond instead of react, see others through compassion, and walk in unity.

We finish with practical tools you can use daily: breathwork resets, identity affirmations, journaling prompts, the Pause & See practice, and the Heaven‑Down perspective shift. You’ll also receive a spoken blessing to anchor your identity and awaken your purpose.

Finally, we share what’s coming next:
✨ My new book Awaken the Light Within — advanced readers opening soon
✨ Our August weekly book‑study series
✨ Our July Mindset & Manifestation Series with special guests

This episode is your reminder that you are awakening, rising, remembering, and stepping into the fullness of who God created you to be.

  • Married To The Job with April Morgan

In this episode, we sit down with the incredible April Morgan HR leader, entrepreneur, author, and a woman on a mission to transform the way we view work, relationships, and purpose.

April has spent years inside the world of Human Resources, watching firsthand how careers shape people’s confidence, mental health, families, and identity. Today, she runs Elevate People Opps, LLC alongside her son, helping organizations build healthier cultures and helping people build careers they actually want to wake up to.

She’s also the author of Married to the Job, where she challenges a truth most people never stop to consider:

“Some people spend more time planning vacations than they do planning a career they’ll spend 50 years in.”

If work is going to take up most of our lives, shouldn’t we create careers, cultures, and relationships we actually enjoy being part of?

In this conversation, April opens up about:

    • Why your job is more than a paycheck, it’s a relationship
    • How work impacts your mental health, your family, and your purpose
    • The generational shifts happening in the workplace
    • Why so many people feel lost, unsupported, or unsure how to ask for help
    • How leaders can build environments where people thrive
    • How she and her son are building a business that elevates people, not just processes

This episode is eye-opening, empowering, and deeply needed for anyone navigating career decisions, leadership roles, or the changing landscape of work today.
