All evacuation orders tied to the Garden Fire in Fallbrook have been lifted, as the fire remains at 48 acres with 40% containment. Dozens are coming together at the San Diego River today to help remove trash ahead of rainy season. A number of events are planned across San Diego County this weekend to recognize Veterans Day, including NBC 7 and Telemundo 20's Salute to Service Festival onboard the USS Midway Museum.
