LaChelle overcame 13 years of depression and 3 hospitalizations and now helps women create strategies for success without sacrificing their health. After her hospitalization in 2016, She walked away from the victim mindset, embracing a victory mindset and teaching others to overcome obstacles.

LaChelle created a signature 6-week coaching program, “Fresh” start, that allowed her to overcome stress, depression, and limiting beliefs. She works with women to transform chaos, overwhelm, and anxiety into clarity, focus, and confidence with a smile.

During the global pandemic of 2020, LaChelle created a #smile4wellness movement to empower others to be proactive with their mental health. She believes everyone should begin each day with a SMILE check-in: SMILE (sleep, mood, inner voice, laughter, and energy). These 5 pillars are monitored daily to notice the warning signs of our mental wellness.

LaChelle’s platform; of books, coaching, videos, and speaking has extended to include community outreach with such organizations as Haven House, Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, Communities in Schools Henry County Schools, and a National 30-day organizational campaign alongside Rachael Ray and organizing guru Peter Walsh. Her Livestream TV Series, “Reel life without excuses,” is her latest venture to help women transform.
