F.A.M.I.L.Y. is a helpful acrostic to remember the four divine institutions God ordained to preserve us and our nation. The “M” is for mothers and their ministry to their families, motivated by their personal love for the Lord Jesus Christ. “Her children rise up and bless her; her husband also, and he praises her” (Proverbs 31:28). Spiritually mature mothers and grandmothers are the backbone of their families and our nation because of their faith and the inner beauty of God’s Word in their souls. “Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised" (Proverbs 31:30).
