In the next episode of the Fandom Hybrid Podcast/Sci-Fi Party Line Podcast collaboration on the ending of Supernatural, Hanako and Cat discuss the episode "Despair", which pretty much says all you need to know about the episode. Only TWO more episodes left before we say goodbye to the Winchesters.
In episode 5 of Cursed, the validity of Uther's claim to the Pendragon throne is questioned. Merlin is arrested for treason and sentenced to death, only to receive a last-minute reprieve. Arthur and Nimue come to an understanding, just as someone from Nimue's past returns. Iris continues to follow the path laid out for her. Nimue and Merlin finally meet, and their connection is revealed. So many secrets revealed in this episode; join the FHP crew and we discuss (and as Mike proclaims his love for all things Pym).
This week the entire FHP crew is back to discuss "The Red Lake", episode 4 of Cursed. Arthur escapes from the Red Paladins. Nimue becomes a danger to just about everyone who crosses her path. Pym is alive! The Red Paladins set an example in a nearby village. Father Cardin prays for an avenging angel. Igraine/Morgana and Sister Iris both receive signs, with very different results. The Abbey pays a high price for sheltering Nimue.
In today's episode, Hanako, Anthony, and Mike continue our discussion of "Cursed". Arthur seeks to restore his family's honor, but his lies catch up to him. Nimue wakes up in a strange place surrounded by both allies and enemies seen (and unseen). The Red Paladins come across a very important object, and we meet Sister Iris, who we predict will become a huge problem for Nimue.
In this episode of the Podcast, Hanako, Anthony, and Mike talk about the second episode of "Cursed". Anthony finally gets the exposition he's looking for, as we get a glimpse at Nimue's complicated backstory and how it affects her Fae powers in the present day. Merlin's sets out to find the sword, and Arthur shows his true colors.
In the next episode of the Fandom Hybrid Podcast/Sci-Fi Party Line Podcast collaboration on the ending of Supernatural, Hanako and Cat discuss the episode "Unity", where Hanako very firmly defends Jack and his importance to Team Free Will, but Cat is not hearing it.
Dean and Sam continue to clash over Jack's role in the fight against God/Chuck, Jack gets help from a "very" old ally, Meg (as The Empty) gives Sam some disturbing news about Death's true intentions, and Chuck reveals his hand. We'd love to know what you thoughts are in the comments!
