For this episode, our 3 Mikes had to create a bayonet that is detachable from a rifle. After stabbing an oil drum with that bayonet, the remaining Mikes had to make the American Flintlock Long Rifle and attach their bayonets to them. The tests were explosive and stabby on this one. Stabby Stabby!

For this episode, 3 smiths had to make their own versions of the spiked ball and chain flail. Holy Cow! What an amazingly badass weapon, and they had to make every component. Seriously crazy for a first round challenge! Then the finalists had to recreate Joan of Arc's sword. We got some fantastic quality swords. Overall, this was a great episode! For this episode, the course layout was changed up a bit, and they got rid of the overall run through of each course at the beginning, opting instead to describe each obstacle as the first competitor went through them. For this episode, smiths had to recreate Crusaders Daggers for the first two rounds, and then finalists had to recreate the Steel Takedown Bow, in association with the new Robin Hood movie, starring Jamie Fox and Taron Egerton. For this (NOT A HALLOWEEN) episode, 4 bladesmiths had to make Slasher movie blades in their signature style, and then finalists had to recreate the Grim Reaper's Scythe. This was a very fun episode, with a spooky set and tests to match!

For this episode, 6 strong competitors tore through Knife Fight, with 4 completing the course. Then 2 finalists took some severely badass blades into Dead Run, and really wrecked the course. It was a good, if not a little weird, episode!

What an episode! The 4 champions from the Farriers, Blacksmiths, Armorers, and Modern Metal Worker episodes came together to compete for $50,000! They first made a Wakizashi, which was the longest blade made as a round 1 weapon ever on the show. The finalists recreated the Nodachi, a truly epic sword. Also, we comment at some point early on about some backlash from a YouTube commenter.
