The surprise of the trade deadline is probably Kristaps Porzingis to the Washington Wizards. It seems like no one saw it coming. Porzingis, who has been declared injured during his last few games in Dallas, coincidentally is already about to return to play with his new team. So that's gonna be good news for his owners. Of course, KP's value is safe, but how does this affect the 2 Wizards center?
We take a look at Tyrese Haliburton and Buddy Hield in Indiana, Montrezl Harrell in Charlotte, Derrick White in Boston and the center rotation of Indiana that seems to get more uncertain by the day.

Are we ready for Alperen Sengun? Probably the rookie that is most hyped in fantasy without much to show for just yet, Sengun started alongside Christian Wood today and I'm pretty sure a lot of his owners will be happy with that situation even if Sengun did not play well. Is this a sign of things to come? Is Sengun ready to be unleashed?
The Indiana Pacers started their fire sale today sending Caris Levert to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Chris Duarte probably is the biggest winner here fantasy-wise, but it could really get interesting for those Pacers as to who goes next.
Finally, Jaxson Hayes has a caught a lot of attention lately with his nice play. Today he came off the bench but still managed to be productive. Will this stick?

Apparently, the Los Angeles Lakers has found their Big 3! Just not the third person everyone expected (who by the way was benched and booed). Malik Monk has been the Lakers' third "star" as he has been having a banner year and helping out Lebron James and Anthony Davis on offense. Is his fantasy safe moving forward? Or is he that fantasy player you kinda should sell high?
Tyrese Haliburton has been running Sacramento's offense since De'Aaron Fox went down with an injury. And if the Kings move Fox by trade deadline, looks like it will be clear sailing ahead for Haliburton. Commish raised that Haliburton should be in the same breath as Chris Paul with the way they control the pace of the game and how they setup their teammates. Who do you like for the rest of the season? Haliburton or CP3?

First major trade happened today with the LA Clippers getting Norm Powell and Robert Covington and the Portland Trailblazers receiving Eric Bledsoe, Justise Winslow and Keon Johnson. We talk about which player's fantasy value goes up and who loses. The biggest tell in this trade though is the fate of Damian Lillard. With the Trailblazers making a move to seemingly give up this season, what happens to Dame now? Will we still see him this season?
As the deadline appears, we focus on some of the players possibly in your waiver wire that could be stashed until the deadline. Not everyone though would have the luxury to stash as those fighting for playoff position would rather have players contributing now than making some speculative moves. We look into these stash players and classify them into must stash or luxury stash.
Exciting times in fantasy! Can't wait to get into the trade deadline!

One of the hotter pickups over the past few days have been Isaiah Jackson. Without Domantas Sabonis, Myles Turner and Goga Bitadze, he was next in line. Little did we know that the line he'll be called to is the injury list of the Indiana Pacers. Today, Jackson played just 22 seconds, before suffering an ankle injury. He did not return. With the trade deadline looming, and a shake-up in Indiana a possibility, is it still worth holding onto I-Jax?

Steph Curry rested today, well pretty much Golden State Warriors' starting 5 did. But commish and I discussed if this should be a cause of concern for us Curry owners, especially when the fantasy playoffs come. The Warriors are sitting at second place in the West at the moment and if they continue to keep that top 2 spot, we're just wondering if Steve Kerr will give his starting 5 more rests to get ready for the playoffs. February 01, 2022 S03DFQ87 - More trouble brewing in DC? Is Desmond Bane this year's best pickup in fantasy?
As if the messy rotation is not enough, the Washington Wizards are facing more trouble as rumors leaked out that some players are not happy with their teammate Spencer Dinwiddie. It's looking like in fantasy perspective, the Wizards has become one of the most annoying teams to own a player (maybe next to the Knicks). Their best player is way below what we expected (and now Bradley Beal could be out again a few games), of course that center rotation guessing game, and now this Dinwiddie situation. If there's any positive to this, maybe Dinwiddie gets a second lease in fantasy life when he gets traded.
Is there any player that comes close to the emergence of Desmond Bane this season? I could not think of anyone who was picked last or in some leagues undrafted even, that have been this consistently good. Even the bad games have been few and far in between. And it is looking like his performance will stick throughout the season.
And yes, finally, Isaiah Jackson has been unleashed. Now the next news we have to wait for is any Indiana trade that happens as we head into the trade deadline. Jackson's value hinges on the fate of Domantas Sabonis and Myles Turner.
