Ironically, in the midst of this COVID outbreak in the NBA, one man who was not allowed to play part-time because he is unvaccinated will return to help the Brooklyn Nets from their COVID woes. Given that he will only play road games, is it really worth holding on to Kyrie Irving? What to do if you have him and what to do if he's available?

Klay Thompson's return was moved back to January which is a bummer for his managers. No setback has been reported so maybe he just needs a bit more time to get used to the pace of the game. Whatever it is, it's really getting close.

In the middle of this COVID fuzz, Wendell Carter Jr. suffered a leg injury that scared a lot of his managers. He was actually carted off the floor via wheel chair. Reports though which we found while recording this quickie said that it is just a muscle strain.

COVID strikes anew! This time the Brooklyn Nets got 7 players under the protocol. What about this for wishful thinking - with the Nets lineup very depleted, what if Kyrie Irving suddenly decides to save the Nets from this COVID outbreak and play? Well, that's just me hoping he does play. Giannis Antetokounmpo is also another big name that entered the health and safety protocols. Who to maybe add or stream?

Let me start by taking a poll. I strongly believe that it is difficult to sell high a player like Harrison Barnes. So commish and I kind of debated how high can Barnes be traded so we want to ask you guys to comment below if you were able to sell high Harrison Barnes and how high were you able to sell him for? Another day, another set of COVID-related illness. This time Zach Lavine, RJ Barrett and Precious Achiuwa enters COVID protocols. The Chicago Bulls has definitely been the most unfortunate with almost everyone under health and safety protocols. I guess the only good news is that once endured this next 2 weeks without these players, you won't worry about them getting COVID again anytime soon or during the playoffs.

Mo Bamba sprained his ankle today and given his injury history, we are hoping this is nothing too serious. Then we talk about some pickup of the year candidates which included Bobby Portis. After a slow start due to injury, Portis has been very good this year and one of the more consistent players from the Bucks. He might have also solidified himself as one of the Bucks' starters moving forward.

We got more updates on Zion and at this point, whatever update we get about this guy, stay away! I will be surprised if he returns before the All-Star break. Plus, it's the holidays and he won't just be dealing with the sore foot but also his diet during this season!

Jerami Grant is another thumb injury casualty. He will be out indefinitely so this could mean a boost for the Detroit Pistons' young guns like Cade Cunningham, Isaiah Stewart, Saddiq Bey and Killian Hayes.

Biggest injury news today is CJ McCollum's collapsed lung, which is a bad sounding injury. He will miss significant time, but nothing concrete at this point. What's concrete is TJ McConnell will be out for the season which already gives Chris Duarte some nice fantasy value for the rest of the season. More interesting though would be the news of an Indiana rebuild. Who gets moved and who stays a Pacer is what we managers will have to wait and see.

OG Anunoby suffers a setback that could prevent him from playing the rest of 2021, Bogdan Bogdanovic meanwhile is looking to miss the rest of 2021 already. We also discuss the New York Knicks rotation shake-up and finally some Luka Doncic, who has been okay but has not really had many "Wow" performances this season.
