More COVID outbreak in Chicago and Charlotte as Demar Derozan and Ish Smith enters health and safety protocols. This could be a regular occurrence in the NBA this season so I guess we just have to deal with it and keep our fingers crossed that it won't strike our players.

Jimmy Butler goes down again after just 25 minutes of play. Just frustrating for owners as he has been great when playing. Unfortunately he hasn't done much playing yet. Speaking of not playing yet, have you seen that Zion Williamson photo? You think he can play at a high level this season?

Lastly, we discuss the possible Ben Simmons and CJ McCollum swap. Who benefits and who loses value.

So after a seemingly uneventful day in the NBA yesterday, we were greeted with a new set of injuries and COVID cases today. The Charlotte Hornets, more notably Lamelo Ball and Terry Rozier got into COVID health and safety protocols today and will be out at least for a week and a half. Then Alex Caruso suffers a hamstring injury while Jaylen Brown and OG Anunoby will be missing more time due to their respective injuries.

Still, despite those news, we still had some good set of games today and we talked about the Chicago Bulls' Zach Lavine and Demar Derozan. Who between the two do you think will be have the better fantasy season? I know both of them are having a great year already, but which player would you rather have for the rest of the season?

Then I heard from commish that there were people asking where my frustration with Steph Curry comes from. So I felt the need to explain a bit. No I am not hating on Curry, it's just the untimely struggles that's annoyed me about him. I acknowledge he is still a stud and like I have said early in the season, maybe I just did not build my team right around him. Anyway, eavesdrop in our conversation about it in this episode.

Caris Levert, who we just talked about as one of our worry players, keeps his value alive with a strong line against the depleted Miami Heat. His inconsistency is just annoying so hopefully this game gets him into a good streak. We also talk about Jarrett Allen and Clint Capela. Which of these two centers do you prefer to own for the rest of the season? I feel like Allen has been really good this year that he can overtake Capela by the end of the season, though commish does not agree and feels Capela is still the better fantasy option the rest of the season. What's your take?

In the NBA playoffs, there's a saying that a series has not begun until a road team wins. Well, in fantasy, your season has not begun until you get hit by the injury bug and today a lot of big name players got bit.

Bam Adebayo could be out 4-6 weeks due to (again) a thumb injury. Christian Wood suffers a sprained ankle during the early part of the game. Dame Lillard will now be out at least 10 days due to his abdominal injury. Devin Booker could be out a week or two and Karl Anthony-Towns suffers a tailbone injury after falling pretty bad on a dunk. Whew! Jimmy Butler is still out, Jaylen Brown looks hurt.

Injuries will be part of fantasy basketball, now this is where you test your team's resilience and strength. It's a crucial stretch this next few weeks as you do not want to be too far out from playoff contention.

I know Steph Curry has been really good this season. Heck he is in fact ranked 1 in fantasy, but why do games like today are annoying?! It seems like Curry's bad game always come at a time when I really need him to play well. I know the leash for Curry on bad games should be really long. Today's game though made me wonder, if you were to re-draft the top 2 or even 3 picks would Jokic, Curry and Harden be your 1-2-3 still?

We also talk about Tyrese Haliburton and commish pulled out his Buy Low card on him given his current struggles. Now the question is who will be a good trade bait to try and acquire Haliburton?

That's a wrap for week 6! What's also over is the talks of John Wall playing. Hopefully you did not drop anyone of solid fantasy value for him. Another veteran is set to return to the NBA with the champions. Demarcus Cousins signed with the Milwaukee Bucks. Whether he contributes any fantasy value is yet to be seen, but just to remind everyone, it has been a while since Cousins have been a reliable fantasy asset.

Domantas Sabonis has been a bit underwhelming so far this year. Is this just a case of a bad start or is this the ceiling for Sabonis this season?

Lots of centers in today's quickie, but first the news today about John Wall is something to monitor. Is he an add now or should we wait for further news?

Nikola Vucevic and Bam Adebayo, two centers drafted pretty high this year, hasn't not been what many have hoped for. Surprisingly, Adebayo has been averaging pretty much the same as last season except for the assists and blocks, making me wonder if what we see now in Adebayo is pretty much what we'll get for the rest of the season or is there still room to be better and improve on last season's performance.

Vucevic, meanwhile, has not been the same scoring force as past years. Is this still a buy low window or the addition of Demar Derozan and Lonzo Ball will keep Vucevic from reaching top 20 value?
