Trae Young had a nice 42 point game today while Lamelo Ball has been within top 5 so far after another nice line. The former's ADP was around the 11-14 range while the latter was within the 20-24th pick. If you were to draft all over again, who would you pick first? 

There was not much to talk about today that has not been discussed in previous quickies, and we're glad a number of our recommended buy players the past few days came through for some of my teams today - Bones Hyland, Nassir Little and Javale McGee.

The week's not looking good for some of my teams as I am down 1-8 or 2-7 in some leagues. Hopefully I get some luck tomorrow and close the gap a little bit. Anyway, today's quickie we discuss the best rookie this season (both in fantasy and real life basketball), Evan Mobley. We never really saw this coming this fast. We thought Mobley will start a bit slow given that he is a rookie and his body looks a bit raw for the NBA. But, four weeks into the season, it's looking like he will be this year's rookie of the year and the fantasy line shows that too!

Damian Lillard will miss at least a game tomorrow. Interesting to see if he'll also miss the second half of their back-to-back. Killian Hayes had his best game of his short NBA career. Could this be the sign to get him back in your rosters? Finally Isaiah Stewart gives his managers a nice line. Let's keep our fingers crossed that he can string a few more games like this.

Let's talk about Lonzo Ball. Lonzo is shooting just 39% for the season and has been really struggling the past few games. More than the scoring it has been the assists that I'm really worried about. A big reason why I drafted Lonzo in the 50s is for the assists and with Vucevic out a few games, the targets are less now and it seems like the Bulls will iso Zach Lavine and Demar Derozan, making Lonzo less of a facilitator. Of course, I'll still hold on to him, he has the minutes and is skilled enough to give me the other stats, I just hope he bumps up his assists a bit more.

Bogdan Bogdanovic is another wing player who is struggling for the deep Atlanta Hawks. He is known to be a slow starter so we have to extend our patience a bit more. If Deandre Hunter misses some time, let's hope Bogdanovic gets more usage.

Some other players discussed in today's quickie: James Harden, Darius Garland, Nassir Little, Devin Vassell and a new rookie who might start to heat up - Bones Hyland.

It was a full slate today! The bad news first, Jimmy Butler suffered an ankle injury which potentially could sideline him tomorrow on the second half of a back-to-back. Hopefully, it was more of a precaution not to get him back in the game against the Lakers and he won't miss too much time. 

Now on to the good news, Dillon Brooks returned today and surprisingly played well. Still a wait and see for Desmond Bane and DeAnthony Melton owners, though both players did not have the best of game today. Then there was Anthony Edwards. We discuss how he has slowly become the "alpha" in this Minnesota team. And if that's the case, it could not be good news for Karl Anthony-Towns owners.

It's a pretty uneventful day in the NBA that the biggest news is Nikola Jokic being suspended a game and he didn't even play today. So we went through each game and talked about Jrue Holiday. How low can you buy Jrue? Commish threw out some names that I think are unrealistic trade ideas, but hey if you pull it off, congratulations!

We talk Mike Conley, Dillon Brooks return, Nic Batum and a lot more. Tomorrow's a full slate so I guess we'll have more interesting stuff tomorrow. Nonetheless, hope you enjoy this.

COVID19 is spreading by the day in the Philadelphia 76ers camp and this time it caught the biggest fish in the team - Joel Embiid. Of course the obvious add here is Andre Drummond, but in standard league and up, Drummond should not be in your free agent pool anymore. In fact, if you have Embiid in your team, Drummond should be a center in your roster. This is what we call handcuff player in fantasy and we kicked off the show (well after talking about MPJ, again!) talking about this.

Steph Curry, after seemingly a quiet week 3, kicked off his week 4 with a 50! One reason why it's exciting to own Curry in fantasy because of explosions like this! Another first round guy beating his draft rank is Anthony Davis. Today AD reminded us what he is capable of doing for your team. This is one reason why we were quite high on AD being drafted past the 10th pick, because his potential is top 5. I'm sure AD owners are quite pleased with his performances and are thankful they did not get a higher pick that would've landed them Dame or Tatum.

Week 3 judgement day and lots to talk about in today's quickie. We start off with some streaming strategies and some stories about our week 3 matchups. Lots of tips here you can consider using when you stream or when you manage your rosters.

How bad is Lebron James's injury? There have been some blurbs that he could miss a few weeks because of this abdominal strain. But no official report yet from the Lakers, so let's keep our fingers crossed. Pascal Siakam returned to action today and looked quite good and played a lot for someone on minutes limit so that could be a good sign for those who stashed him.

Then there was Ricky Rubio. Probably our Fantasy Stud of the Day. More good news for Rubio owners is that Colin Sexton went down with a knee injury and that could mean more time for Ravishing Ricky to work his magic.

This is rock bottom for Michael Porter Jr. right? I mean tell me it goes up from here. We've heard from a lot of frustrated MPJ owners and this could probably be the worst of it. We hope. First off, we hope it won't be too bad that he gets to miss just a couple of games or none at all. Secondly, we still hope he picks it up at some point this year, before 2021 ends. Just give us some consistent decent lines. Lastly, in case he sits out, there's really not much high upside options to replace him, but we talked about a few that might be good streaming options.

Another player struggling with his shot is Nikola Vucevic. It's not as bad as MPJ situation, but definitely not the early second round guy we all hoped for. Meanwhile, Tyler Herro continues his strong start this season and from the way it looks, he could be this year's front-runner to sixth man of the year. More than that he is giving his managers not just scoring and threes but some nice rebounding and assist numbers.

We kick off this quickie with some news on the Kyrie Irving situation and the Ben Simmons vs. 76ers battle. What do you do when you have these players? We also speculate on who is now leading the race of who will play first.

We can't help but discuss more about the Damian Lillard struggles. After watching the game this morning, it's actually weird to see Lillard very passive on offense. From being one of the best scorers in the league, it seems like he has become more of a spot up shooter or a decoy. Of course, that's just my early judgement as I have watched just one Trailblazers game. Still, this is worrying.
