I continue to walk around in circles trying to figure out Bristol. The cognitive dissonance is killing me. Although I am not sure what will happen, I am very pleased with the fantasy NASCAR lineups created by the optimizer.

I honestly do not know what to tell you. Almost every prediction from everyone (fans, media, drivers, nascar officials) have been wrong. Aero has impacted every race, so the same should happen at Bristol. The leader should be hard to pass, and passing should only happen during restarts. Finally, the DFS contests are decided on pit road and by timing of caution flags. The spreadsheet can't predict pit stops under green with 50 laps left, and it can't predict cautions near the end of a green flag runs. The good news is that green flag pit stops do not exist at Bristol, so the field will not be randomly inverted. This blurb may be more valuable than the podcast.

This was a great race. I expect chaos this weekend and DFS players should adjust their lineups accordingly.
