Profit is a Mindset

Make no mistake, you either have the profit-first mindset...or you don't. Jerry has talked openly about permission for profit, and how if you find yourself in a group of peers and you're waiting around for them to give you the green light to be a legitimately profitable business.....don't want any longer. You don't need their approval or permission. Get profitable now....today. Just know, in doing so, you'll have to get your mindset right, and that takes setting goals, and making sure those goals are realistic. It all starts with your mindset. When is the right time to demand your business becomes profitable? Right NOW. Unfortunately, if you're waiting around for permission from your peers to go ahead and get your gross margins correct, and asking your customers when you should raise your prices.....you might never get to where you want to be with your business.
