(Part III of III) Here, in the last part of the Socrates - inspired trilogy, I continue with the sharing of Socrates’ wisdom stories, plus, I inject some personal stories about gratitude and giving thanks to the divine for everything that was given to us! Celebrating Thanksgiving holiday traditions and meditating for more blessings, abundance and light to come. In the last part of the podcast, I present you with “the list” of 40 virtues to adapt for a happier life and better well-bring. Honoring Socrates was the main motivation for including this list of ideal behaviors and I hope this will inspire you/us to adapt some of them and create new, better habits and also show the next generation how to do it - live with dignity, consideration, love and charity. It seems I am not the only one, or....I may have been influenced by my great Greek-Macedonian ancestors. Apparently the precious Adamas (Diamond) was very much priced and desired in antiquity and the Hellenistic times for its magical properties and its ability to protect you and make you impossible to defeat. It was associated with the Divine. Here, I take you back to Old NYC, the beginnings of Tiffany’s, how they became a luxury company and made history with its historical diamonds. The. famous Tiffany Diamond story is told along with the plot of one of the most famous movies ever in classic American history, Breakfast At Tiffany’s. Those were the beautiful and glamorous days my friends... forever lost in the midst of the pandemic and other NYC dramatic stories. Will NYC ever attain it’s old glory and glitz? What will become of my beloved NYC? No comment... at this point the only sure thing about NYC it’s her glorious, glamorous, social past that we can always go back to when we need reassurance that all is going to be well after all.
