This miniseries has been a joy and we can’t stop laughing and having fun in these recordings. So there’s no pretending to be serious or our typical awards pundit snobbish selves. This is the cleansing of the palette, the balancing of the movie diet, and after a year of indie film Oscar contenders, this 2 Mike 2 Furious series could not have come at a better time.

We continue with our spoiler filled format of describing the plot poorly, which we spice up via some alternate titles and taglines. Then we talk characters with our gloriously inventive prompts of who’s fastest and most furious. We rate the ridiculousness to discuss some of our bests of the worst, we speculate about the franchises’ future and talk tone by asking who we’d add to make these better, and we have fits of laughter in discussing our highest unintentional comedy. Finally, we end with some legit cinematic highlights before ending with our fun License to Bill styled segment of What If This Really Happened.

This series also continues to shock and surprise us with how it delivers some incredible cinematic goods. Furious 7 contains some of the most heartwarming and emotional moments of the saga, The Fate of the Furious goes bigger and crazier with its most melodramatic plot yet, but also some of its best and worst performances. Then in Hobbs & Shaw, we gush over the production values and the comedy writing as we get to know a host of new characters surrounding our favorite meathead spinoffs.
