On this episode of the Food About Town podcast I sat down in the studio with Calvin Eaton who created The Gluten Free Chef blog and the Ask the Gluten Free Chef podcast.

Calvin has a fascinating backstory filled with issues that he has worked hard to overcome and I was impressed with his positive attitude about everything. He lives a gluten free lifestyle and we talked about that among other food related topics and even dabbled in teaching toward the end.
