Carrie is a creative serial entrepreneur with a backstory that involves Orlando (working with Disney Cruise Lines, Hard Rock Cafe, Universal Studios, and the U.S Military), Los Angeles, and returning home to Rochester to start a family and found her business (Vertical Insite).

Carrie also had a moment in her life where she hit a humbling low brought on by a life threatening medical diagnosis. She used that opportunity to learn more about herself and ask herself some tough questions through Human Design Readings and "The Gene Keys".

Scott Kime was born and raised on Seneca Lake and still spends every single day there, as the Lake has become his career. He serves as the NYS Tourism Ambassador at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center in Geneva, NY (where this episode was recorded).
