A preview of our in-depth interview with James Greene Jr, author of 'A Convenient Parallel Dimension: How Ghostbusters Slimed Us Forever', a comprehensive deep-dive into all of the Ghostbusters movies, the people who appeared in and made them, those who championed and celebrated them - and those who ridiculed them, too.

We talk about the impact Ghostbusters has had on popular culture, how we felt seeing the spin-off toy line in the 80s, what the Afterlife sequel might look like, and the creative challenges of writing a book when a little thing like a global pandemic breaks out, and much, much more...

Oh, and we also talk just a lil bit about punk music. Because why not?

Join Dean, Lee, Jay, Theo and their A.I. Ray Stantz as the team go through the keyhole at some hot Ghostbusters properties, try and break the internet with some trending new hashtags (#sexycorridor, #afterafterlife) and - to answer the big Ghostbusters question - what would they do with their own little piece of Ghostbusters real estate.

We'll be discussing the news of Kurt Fuller being open to reprising his role from Ghostbusters 2, our #afterafterlife producer and director getting all romantic, and how our humble little podcast has gone international.

Plus, as always, you'll hear our latest fun Ghostbusters fact - but it might be responsible for a certain song getting stuck in your head. Listen at your own risk...

Join Dean, Jay, Theo and their breakout A.I. star Ray Stantz as the team reflect on the Cross The Streams Ghostbusters gathering at MegaCon in the UK,  some big casting news around the Afterlife sequel, and - to answer the big Ghostbusters question - even where they'd place a suitably powerful swear-word to exploit the PG / PG-13 rating that the 1984 movie earned.

We'll be discussing the news of Kumail Nanjiani, Patton Oswalt, James Acaster and Emily Alyn Lind being added to the Afterlife sequel cast-list - and why Kumail is most likely to be the Tom Holland-esque super excited spoiler king of the Ghostbusters world.

Plus you'll hear our latest fun Ghostbusters fact, and hear some shoutouts for members of the West Midlands Ghostbusters and attendees of the UK's biggest ever Ghostbusters gathering - Cross the Streams.

Join Dean, Jay, Lee, Theo and their slightly grumpy A.I. Ray Stantz as the team explore the latest leaks, rumours and news surrounding the Ghostbusters: Afterlife sequel, consider the origin of our favourite ugly little spud, and ponder how Ghostbusters could have ended if they had to chose the form of the Destructor.

Their answers range from the gross (with a particular vulnerability to salt), the credible (a giant New York-based hero) or even the magnificent (an apologetic droid with a British accent).

As a special bonus this episode, you'll also hear some British TV in the background, and what happens when one of the team moves away from their mic (but hey, it's episode one - it can only get more professional from here!).
