Manny Digital shares a recent scare his family faced when his daughter's middle school went into a real deal lock down. He goes into how his daughter reacted and what lessons were learned from this traumatic experience.

The fellas then dive into Middle School and compare their middle school days to how life is today for kids between 6th - 8th grade.

Then the Godfather of noise, Rahzel, joins the Father Hoods to speak about his fatherhood journey and all that has transpired in this area of his life.
