Today, a judge heard a case regarding the Justice Department's decision to publicly release the names of thousands of FBI agents and other personnel who investigated the January 6 insurrection. We'll talk to one of the attorneys representing the FBI agents about the outcome of today's hearing.

A federal judge stopped the sweeping buyout offer, giving federal workers an extension until Monday to consider the deal.
