This week on the Fierce as F*ck Podcast, join me as I recall how I went into a downward spiral in October because of an impending photo shoot.

 

Now, I know how people see me as this confident woman on live video. Actually, I am not confident in every single aspect of my life. I’m very self-conscious about my body, and how it is perceived in photos. So, as I was squatting one hundred and fifty pounds in the gym, I sat there and I thought, “F*ck it.” 

 

I realized life is too short, to be insecure, to care what other people are going to think, to obsess over small things like how people are going to perceive us. 

 

We are women. We are strong. We are powerful. 

 

F*ck everything else, it is just noise.
