The practice of Yoga Nidra is a practice of the opening of the inner chamber of the mind. It is not yogic sleep, it is not concentration.Yoga Nidra will guide you to the hypnagogic state, an internal dimension of your consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. Through the sound of my voice, you can access deep layers of your mind. Tell your mind to remain awake just by listening to the sound of my voice. I’ll be guiding you to move your awareness to various bodily sensations, emotions and images for the next 30 ms.

Do you believe in manifestation or do you believe more in coincidences? I think we are creating our life every single day. Not so long time ago a read a book "Feel the fear and do it anyway" by Susan Jeffers. Did you ever read it? It doesn’t talk in specific about manifestation but if you are working on personal growth this is a great book to read! Anyway, there is a part of the book where it says that we all should have our prayer which works somehow as a manifestation! There are no limits of what you can get if you have trust and faith. It’s pretty much how religions work, right? Trust and faith. Today the attention is on you! Try to repeat the practice for a month and observe the shift within your self. And of course, if you are happy to share, let me know anything that you notice within this month.

Nadi means energy channel, Shodana means cleansing. This type of pranayama (breathing) is a very simple way to clean the energy channels in the body throughout the nostrils. The energy is slowly guided inward which expand and extend throughout the entire practice by regulating and control the breath. Take your time to embrace the Alternate Nostril Breathing experience, it should not be practised with haste, the opposite is true, with calm and joy. If you find any difficulty breathing, stop right there, simply continuing by visualising the action. You will find a short intro followed by the technique.

Being mindful is the practice of maintaining a nonjudgmental state of complete awareness of one’s thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis. Having this awareness of thoughts means also, to not get involved with them. To be able to become the creator of your reality and therefore the master of your thoughts, you have to detach from them to then see what you would like to change.The realization that you are not your thoughts is the first step to be more mindful.

Transcendental meditation is about setting up an intention, feel deeply connected and believe in it.The intention will find a universal response, feeling pervaded, encouraged and motivated.Repeat this practise for a couple of days, and you will notice that it will help you in the most unexpected moments.The intention, the mantra, or the Sankalpa whatever you will like to call it that you are going to create will arrive organically whenever you need it.

We add new belief system every day consciously and unconsciously based on what we are learning or what we have learned until now. We have a supportive and unsupportive belief system based on what we have learned from friends, teachers, siblings, family, media, internet, culture, education experiences, but rather personal interpretations or misinterpretations of those experiences.  At some point, we have to update the software to reset old habits and create some new belief system. What’s necessary it’s to repeat the new habit for as long as it takes to reset the old belief system.

It’s clear that our world is asking us to stop, rebalancing our laws, our time and our way of life.Today, however, we have an important element that can give us innumerable answers. This moment in history is bringing with it a positive side effect, empowering us to do everything we usually procrastinate.What is happening right now makes us stop, sit, observe the breath, meditate, bringing awareness toward action, doing yoga, but in general spending some time with ourselves allows us to grow and see the world from a new perspective.  Invest the time to do whatever makes you happy. Bake a cake with your child, spend time on your balcony sunbathing, do some puzzle with your family.   Play with your children, clean the house, do a couple of yoga classes with me. After all, time is really making us understand that we are the creators of every single moment. In every difficult moment, there is an opportunity for growth.
