Whenever I do Reiki energy balancing or Soul Readings, I always take a look at the emotional energy that may have taken up residence in people's Kidneys and/or Spleen.  In Chinese medicine, the Kidneys are where we store Fear, and the Spleen is where we store Worry.

These powerful emotions can drain our energy and block our nearby Chakras:  The Solar Plexus and The Heart Chakra. They can limit our power and manifestation efforts. Left unchecked, they can challenge us in pursuing our dreams and our love connections.

These, like all emotions (except for joy) are meant to be fleeting - a messenger of our personal truth - teaching us what to do in the moment.  They are not meant to be a filter that blocks our ability to function, or a habitual pattern of response to life.
