Grady's back with returning guests Nick Carthan and Will Holman to break down the success of Lil Rel, and determine if you need to be an asshole to succeed.

Grady sold out a 300-seat show to a mostly Hispanic crowd. First thing he told 'em? "Cut out that 'mayate' shit." He's from the streets, and knows there's no derogatory word black people use for Latinos.

Grady and Brian are back from the road, to air some fresh grievances with morning radio. Mo'Nique brought the pain on a Fresno show, and Grady can't get over the gay rapper he heard on The Breakfast Club.

The guys welcome back Will Holman of Superstar Power Productions to talk Mo'Nique vs. Netflix. Brian says if you don't like what corporate it offering, nut up and do it yourself!
