  • Cocaine in Ancient Egyptian Mummies? The Mystery That Could Rewrite History

What if scientists discovered traces of cocaine in Egyptian mummies thousands of years old? It sounds impossible. Coca plants are native to South America, so how could cocaine-related findings appear in ancient Egyptian remains?

In Episode 21 of Fearfeed, we investigate the controversial 1992 report that claimed to detect cocaine, nicotine, and cannabis-related compounds in Egyptian mummies. From the science of chemical detection to the problem of museum contamination, we examine the evidence behind one of archaeology's strangest mysteries.

We explore the story of Ramesses II, the limitations of forensic testing, follow-up investigations that reportedly failed to detect cocaine, and the enormous archaeological burden of proving ancient transatlantic contact.

Was this evidence of a lost connection between continents, a case of contamination, or a scientific mystery that remains unresolved?

The answer depends on the evidence, not the sensational theories.

🎧 Listen to the end and decide: is the real mystery in history, or in the chemistry?

  • The Roman Dodecahedron: The Ancient Mystery Nobody Can Solve

Twelve faces. Strange holes. Mysterious knobs. And a purpose that has remained elusive for centuries.

Across the former Roman world, archaeologists have discovered unusual hollow bronze objects known as Roman dodecahedra. Some date to the Roman period, yet no surviving contemporary text securely explains what these objects were actually used for.

In this episode of FEARFEED, we investigate the history of the Roman dodecahedron, examine the discovery at Norton Disney in England, and put the leading theories under scrutiny. From practical tools to philosophical interpretations, each explanation raises questions that the evidence has yet to settle.

  • Amelia Earhart: They May Have Finally Found Her Plane | Fearfeed

On July 2, 1937, Amelia Earhart disappeared over the Pacific while attempting to reach Howland Island.

Her final radio transmissions told a frightening story: she could not see the island, fuel was running low, and the aircraft could not be located despite repeated attempts to establish a bearing.

    Then she vanished.

For decades, investigators have searched for answers. Theories range from a simple ocean ditching to a possible landing on Nikumaroro, where human remains, personal artifacts and other strange evidence were discovered in 1940.

But the mystery has entered a new chapter.

A strange object identified in satellite imagery near Nikumaroro has raised the possibility that researchers may finally be looking at part of Amelia Earhart's missing Lockheed Electra. In October 2026, a new expedition is heading to the island with drones, magnetometers, sonar and other equipment to investigate it.

In this episode of FEARFEED, we follow Earhart's final flight, her last radio messages, the failed 1937 search, the Nikumaroro evidence, the controversial bones, mysterious post-loss radio signals, the Taraia Object, and the modern search for the aircraft.

Did Amelia Earhart disappear into the Pacific?

Or has the answer been sitting beneath the waters of a remote island for nearly nine decades?

  • Tunguska: The Explosion That Left No Crater, No Meteorite, No Answers

    June 30, 1908. Siberia.

The sky suddenly became brighter than the Sun.

And then came the strangest part.

When investigators finally reached the devastation, there was no obvious crater and no confirmed large meteorite.

For more than a century, scientists have tried to determine exactly what exploded above Tunguska. An asteroid airburst is now the leading explanation, but questions about the object's composition, trajectory, fragments, and some of the evidence surrounding the site remain.

In Episode 13 of FEARFEED, we follow the event from the eyewitness accounts of 1908 to Leonid Kulik's expeditions, the mysterious flattened forest, microscopic evidence, the asteroid-versus-comet debate, Lake Cheko, and modern research into one of Earth's strangest cosmic disasters.
