Have you ever wondered why you just don’t follow advice that makes so much sense and just do the thing that that logically you can see would make your life so much easier?
Like ‘get more organised’ is great advice when we feel overwhelmed.
Or like stop ruminating and just focus on what’s in your control is great advice when you’re losing a lot of time and energy on a colleague that’s driving you up the walls.
