What do you feel connected to? We can connect to ourselves, our belifes, our community. the list can go on. What do you value? Where are you plugging in? This is going to be a great month of discovery and I can't wait to see what comes forward.

We all process things differently. Some go fast and some go slow when processing. Others need a lot of details and others go on instinct alone. We all have a path to walk and lessons to learn. As we are willing to allow our process to be our process we will be able to move forward more.

When you step out of your comfort zone really cool things can happen, but you still have to say yes to them.

Life becomes an adventure when we are willing to step out and take action. What will you do this month?

Willingness is a big word for me. It causes me to take action. I love being in action. How about you? Now that you are more aware, what will you do with it? Will you remain the same? Make new choices? Now it is all up to you! Join us this month and see how we check our willingness and how we increase it.

I can't believe we are one month in to our new year already. We are hopefully all much more aware of what is going on, why, and what we can do about it. Right? It may not be that easy but I know you have great tools to move forward in your journey. Come and lets wrap up this month and get to a point of willingness for next week.

Sometimes awareness leads to healing. We will be talking about how when we allow new avenues of thought to be true we can let go, move on and heal from past situations, relationships and past "mistakes". Sometimes know what was motivating us or the situations allows us to heal as well. We will also be talking about our core need and how knowing what it is can help us heal a whole lot.

When we don't know that there is a problem or that something is going on behind our backs, or what our next step is, it's easier to do nothing. But once you are aware of what is going on or needs to happen then there is a responsibility that you have that comes with that information.  What will you do? Will you move forward, or will you stay put? But once you know you know, there is no going back. You can pretend but you can't go back to the time that you didn't know.

Have you ever told yourself a story and then later found out that you were wrong? That person was not ignoring you, or your neighbor really does like you, or the bus driver has a bad memory. Do you tend to take things personally and make everything about you or your fault? We are going to challenge these thoughts.

Awareness happens on so many levels. What level are you willing to go this year?
