What does passion mean to you? What drives you and keeps you going?

Freedom is all about stepping out of your comfort zone and taking risks. To step out, to take risks, takes trusting yourself. Trusting yourself a little bit more each time and building that muscle. Stepping a little bit further out of the known each time. Listening to your heart and inner voice, and even acting on what they are telling you to do. Letting go of the past deeds, thoughts and feelings of who you were and who you are. Trusting yourself effects all the aspects of your life. How are you trusting yourself now?

What is intuition? Our inner voice prompting and sometimes begging up to move forward and step out and away from our comfort zone. That voice telling us "Yes" and "Go for it". Do you listen to your inner voice?  What is it telling you to do? Will you listen and take action? Let's talk about it and discuss ways you can move forward.

Trusting yourself is necessary for freedom. Letting go of control and letting your process be your process.

Trusting yourself can be a tricky thing sometimes. For me I would ask everyone what they thought I should do or what I should wear or how I should act. The benifit to this was that if something went wrong I could blame the person who told me to do it. The cost of this was living my life for others and in a way that others wanted. It was exhasting!
